Secure Packaging
We recommend using the original BIRÉLLE packaging for your return. If the original box is unavailable, please ensure your item is securely packed in a sturdy, protective box with bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.

Processing & Refund
Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
